LHR appoints two interim directors

The Board of Lawyers for Human Rights has appointed Mildred Khumalo and Michael Clements to the roles of Acting Co-Directors of the organization.

Mildred is the current Finance Manager, and Michael is the current Environmental Rights Programme Manager.

The Acting Co-Directors will retain these positions while the Board works to identify and retain a permanent National Director, and an announcement will be made once this process has concluded.

LHR remains committed to its core mission of providing free legal representation to South Africa’s most vulnerable constituencies, and to facilitating access to justice and equality for all.
